Producer Dil Raju today announced the release date of Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. He briefed the media about the progress of this much-awaited Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu's multi-starrer. "We have locked the release date. Will release the movie on December 21st in highest number of screens worldwide," he told the media.

He also added that the film's music would be launched in the second week of November. "We have completed 78 days of shooting and by next month end, we would wrap up the entire shooting part," he added. 

Srikanth Addala is directing the film, which has Samantha and Anjali as female lead. Prakash Raj and Jayasudha play the parents to the brothers - Venky and Mahesh.

The film was supposed to release in September/October, it got delayed because of Samanth's ill health.
